![]() It pulled a sample task I had entered into any.do for testing (assemble weedwacker). Here are some screenshots of the 'zap' setup. I spent a while figuring this out, I hope it helps someone else. Microsoft has Outlook, a power email and calendar management app used by users and. An event is for listing events like birthdays. (Edit: I will probably pay for it eventually so I can add a third action that deletes the tasks once copied, right now that has to be done periodically by hand) A Calendar task is the same as any other Any.do list task. So far it is working adequately with the free zapier plan, but I may have to start paying for it if it continues to work well and I use it enough, as I will hit the free plan task execution limit. It won't come close to what IFTTT offered, but all I care about is quick, ubiquitous capture, and this gets it done. You could do this with other lists/projects as well, but you have to build an integration for each one in Zapier. My solution was to create an 'Inbox' list in Any.do, and sync new items from that list to my Todoist inbox. However, it is possible to sync Any.do with Todoist via Zapier. In fact, I played with Any.do to see if it was a viable Todoist replacement, and for me it is not. Several other list apps are compatible with the Assistant "Notes and Lists" functionality (why has Todoist not done this integration?) including Any.do. I was not happy with the other workarounds posted, so I came up with a new(?) one. ❝Elegant and technically advanced. As has been discussed in this sub before, Google's recent changes to Assistant prevent the excellent IFTTT integration with Todoist that many of us have enjoyed for years. ▸ Use your voice to manage your to-do lists ❝powerful, flexible, and it looks great, too.❞ - Lifehacker Any.do is proud to announce the release of its new integration with the Google Assistant, a digital assistant that helps you get things done throughout your day. ▸ Boost productivity on web with Chrome & Firefox extensions ▸ Get things done on the go with Apple Watch & Android Wear ▸ Manage your tasks effectively on both PC & Mac ![]() ▸ Work easily on any Android & iOS device ❝Not only free and great looking, but that is also simple and even fun to use.❞ - Guiding Tech ▸ Create multiple shopping lists for your favorite stores ▸ Collaborate on grocery lists with friends & family ▸ Have your grocery items auto-sorted by aisles ❝A simple interface with powerful features.❞ - Forbes ▸ Have low priority tasks rescheduled automatically ▸ Quickly prioritize to-do’s to achieve your most important goals ❝Some days you feel lucky to remember your own name, much less your task list - In steps Any.do.❞ - The Muse ▸ Add both tasks & events straight from your calendar view ▸ Quickly scroll through dates to browse tasks & events ▸ Effectively manage your time using a combined view of calendar events and tasks Turn your calendar into a productivity tool.
